Dystopia is an animated series pilot. This was a 2+ year passion project a small team worked on during deep pandemic years, mostly over zoom. We laughed, we cried, we wrote scripts, we dreamt up homeless aliens asking for change and many more oddities.

Niki, Gori and Kata end up in utopian worlds and then, well, because of the unique creatures they are, end up involuntarily creating chaos and destroying perfect societies, kind of like what we do as humans.

I created characters, their various expressions, remade famous artwork, thought up dragonfly blunts, created a church with a pixel dragon on the front and created many of the backdrops, settings and props you see in this pilot. It was the best kind of fever dream come true. This was one of my favorite projects I have worked on and would 1000% do it again.
